2 Booking requests are to be submitted in writing.
3 Required details include package/category, guest names, number of passengers, arrival/departure dates and arrival details where available.
4 Confirmed travel tickets are recommended, particularly during high season.
5 A booking reference is issued after successful processing.
6 Bookings must be reconfirmed at least 7 days before arrival with confirmed arrival details.
7 Failure to reconfirm may be treated as cancellation, with the advance deposit retained as a processing fee.
8 Payment Terms

10 The balance payment must be settled 20 days prior to arrival / at reconfirmation.
11 Amendments

13 Changes should be made before reconfirmation, i.e. 20 days before arrival.
14 The first amendment is free; subsequent amendments carry a service charge of €10 per person per amendment.
