Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Booking & Confirmation
Booking requests are to be submitted in writing.
Required details include package/category, guest names, number of passengers, arrival/departure dates and arrival details where available.
Confirmed travel tickets are recommended, particularly during high season.
A booking reference is issued after successful processing.
Bookings must be reconfirmed at least 7 days before arrival with confirmed arrival details.
Failure to reconfirm may be treated as cancellation, with the advance deposit retained as a processing fee.
Payment Terms
50% advance is required for confirmation.
The balance payment must be settled 20 days prior to arrival / at reconfirmation.
Amendments
Amendments are subject to hotel/service availability.
Changes should be made before reconfirmation, i.e. 20 days before arrival.
The first amendment is free; subsequent amendments carry a service charge of €10 per person per amendment.
Travel dates may be rescheduled by up to 90 days from the original arrival date, subject to revised prevailing rates.
Reductions in passenger numbers may result in revised pricing, and advance amounts for passengers who no longer travel cannot be adjusted or redeemed.
