Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

1 Booking & Confirmation
2 Booking requests should be submitted in writing.
3 Required confirmation details include package/category, guest names, number of passengers, arrival/departure dates and arrival details where available.
4 Confirmed travel tickets are recommended, especially during high season.
5 A booking reference is issued after processing.
6 Bookings must be reconfirmed at least 7 days before arrival with confirmed arrival details.
7 Failure to reconfirm may be treated as cancellation, with the advance deposit retained as a processing fee.
8 A service order voucher is required as specified by the supplier.
9 Payment Terms
10 50% advance payment is required for confirmation.
11 The balance payment must be settled 20 days prior to arrival / at reconfirmation.
12 Amendments
13 Amendments are subject to hotel and service availability.
14 Changes should be made before reconfirmation, i.e. 20 days before arrival.
15 Changes after this point are treated as cancellations and applicable cancellation charges will apply.
16 The first amendment is free.
17 Further amendments carry a service charge of €10 per person per amendment.
18 Travel dates may be rescheduled by up to 90 days from the original arrival date, subject to prevailing rates.
19 Reduction in passenger numbers may result in revised pricing, and the advance for passengers who do not travel cannot be adjusted or redeemed.
