Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

1 Booking & Confirmation
2 Booking requests should be submitted in writing.
3 The booking request should include the package code/category, client name, passenger details, arrival and departure dates, and arrival details where available.
4 Confirmed travel tickets are recommended, particularly during high season.
5 A booking reference number is issued after successful processing.
6 All bookings must be reconfirmed at least 7 days before arrival with confirmed arrival details.
7 Failure to reconfirm may be treated as cancellation, with the advance deposit retained as a processing fee.
8 A Service Order Voucher is required as specified in the supplier's booking procedure.
9 Payment Terms
10 50% advance is required for booking confirmation.
11 The balance payment must be settled in advance at reconfirmation, 20 days prior to arrival.
12 Amendment Policy
13 Amendments are subject to hotel and service availability.
14 Changes after the reconfirmation deadline are treated as cancellations and are subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
15 The first amendment is processed without an additional charge.
16 Subsequent amendments attract a service charge of €10 per person per amendment.
17 Travel dates may be rescheduled by up to 90 days from the original arrival date, subject to availability and prevailing rates.
18 Any increase arising from currency fluctuations, fuel costs, taxes, hotel tariffs or transport costs will be payable by the client.
19 Reduction in passenger numbers may result in revised pricing, and advance payments for passengers who do not travel cannot be adjusted or redeemed.
