Booking details should include the package category, client names, number of passengers, arrival/departure dates and arrival details where available.
The supplier recommends confirmed travel tickets before booking, particularly during high season.
All bookings must be reconfirmed at least 7 days before arrival with confirmed arrival details. Failure to reconfirm may result in cancellation and retention of the advance deposit as a processing fee.

50% advance is required for confirmation.
The balance payment must be settled in advance at the time of reconfirmation, 20 days prior to arrival.
Amendment Policy
Amendments are subject to availability of the relevant hotels and services.

Further amendments carry a service charge of €10 per person per amendment.
