Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Booking & Confirmation
Booking requests are subject to written confirmation.
Booking details should include the package code/category, client names, number of passengers, arrival and departure dates and arrival details where available.
The supplier recommends booking only after travel tickets are confirmed, particularly during high season.
A booking reference number is provided after successful processing.
All bookings must be reconfirmed at least 7 days before arrival with confirmed arrival details. Failure to reconfirm may result in cancellation and retention of the advance deposit as a processing fee.
A service order voucher is required at the time of arrival/reconfirmation as specified by the supplier.
Payment Terms
50% advance is required for confirmation.
The balance payment must be settled in advance at the time of reconfirmation, 20 days prior to arrival.
Amendment Policy
Amendments are subject to hotel and service availability.
Amendments can be made before the 20-day reconfirmation deadline; changes after that point are treated as cancellations under the supplier's policy.
The first amendment is processed without an additional charge.
Further amendments carry a service charge of €10 per person per amendment.
Travel dates can be rescheduled by a maximum of 90 days from the original arrival date, subject to prevailing rates and availability.
Changes beyond 90 days are treated as cancellations.
Reduction in passenger numbers may result in revised pricing, and the advance deposit for passengers who do not travel cannot be adjusted or redeemed.

Additional hotel stays, room upgrades, additional sightseeing, additional vehicle usage, personal expenses and services not mentioned in the itinerary are payable by the client.
Rates are based on prevailing costs and may change because of currency fluctuations, fuel costs, taxes, hotel tariffs, transport costs, entry-ticket increases or other factors beyond the operator's control.
