All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, vehicles and other services at the time of confirmation. A booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the applicable advance payment.
Accommodation will be provided as mentioned in the confirmed itinerary. Hotel names are subject to availability and may be replaced with a similar-category property if required.
This package is on a No Meals basis. Any meals, beverages or room-service orders taken at the hotels will be at the guest's own expense.
The private Innova Crysta with Carrier will operate as per the confirmed itinerary and designated routes. The vehicle is not available on an unrestricted disposal basis unless specifically mentioned.
Pickup and drop are planned from Haridwar as mentioned in the itinerary. Any change in pickup/drop point or additional transfers may attract additional charges.
Travel in Uttarakhand is subject to mountain-road conditions, traffic, weather, landslides, road closures and local regulations. Delays caused by such circumstances will not automatically qualify for a refund.
The approximately 16–18 KM trek between Gaurikund and Kedarnath is physically demanding. Guests are responsible for assessing their fitness and undertaking the trek at their own discretion.
Pony, palki and porter services for the Kedarnath trek are not included in the package cost. These services, if required, will be at the guest's own expense and are subject to local availability and regulations.
Helicopter transfers to Kedarnath are not included. Any helicopter booking, if required, will be arranged separately at an additional cost and remains subject to weather, government regulations, operator availability and operational conditions.
Kedarnath and Badrinath Temple Darshan is subject to temple timings, crowd conditions, local administration, weather and other applicable regulations. The company cannot guarantee a specific Darshan time.
Sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary is subject to available time, weather, road conditions and local restrictions. Mana Village and nearby attractions on Day 7 are subject to sufficient time and local conditions.
Ganga River Rafting is subject to weather, river conditions, safety regulations and operational availability. Guests must follow all instructions issued by the rafting operator.
Uttarakhand is a mountainous region where weather can change rapidly. In case of heavy rainfall, snowfall, landslides, roadblocks or other natural conditions, the itinerary may need to be modified for guest safety.
Any expenses arising due to unforeseen circumstances, route diversions, additional vehicle usage, extra accommodation, additional transfers, medical requirements or services not mentioned under inclusions will be payable by the guest.
